Binatog

My memory of Binatog is as far back to my Elementary years, it is simply boiled corn kernel (off the cob) mixed with lightly salted grated fresh coconut. It used to be sold by vendors at school recess wrapped in pieces of banana leaves twirled into cones with a tooth pick stick holding it in place.

Ingredients:
  • dried corn kernel
  • fresh grated coconut
  • salt
